Client Presentation: June 18, 2012

Client purchased a sweet condo and needed some help, we visited their home first and measured all their pieces to see if any would work and fit in the new space.

Then drove to the condo and measured… this is the space planning  I came up with, it’s going to be a wonderful space to live in…

Starting with the Living Room (left side of the floor plan)

 

double sided fireplace separates the living room from the sitting room. they have this wonderful boat sculpture that will go on the top

I started with a deep purple fabric and this fun fabric that the client picked

then pulled an area rug

used clients console, it’s top opens up to be a wide server…

clients grandfather clock at the window, there are heat radiators along the window walls(3.5”D), makes for difficult furniture placement.

Used 2 Talbot Loveseats, keeps alots of room to walk beside and behind to get to their balcony.

Sitting Room

Repeated the Surya Area Rug, this time a round… (9’round)  was a must to make sure there were no tripping zones…

repeated the soft colour with 2 Karli Armless Chairs across from their chairs. these are the most comfortable armless chairs I have ever sat on. 

each with their own Lumbar Pillow to pull the colur up from the rug

Lazboy, Roundabout Ottoman on casters between the 2 sets of chairs (repeated the loveseat fabric on ottoman)

Dining Area off the Kitchen

this is clients new kitchen as it is now before they take possession

new Canadel Dining Table will be in the boat shape

in # 19 matt finish which speaks back to clients console & new coffee, end tables.

this is the great chair that client those, CHA 0100 from Canadel again in the same #19 matt finish

Seating fabric (has a taupe / purple hue that speaks back to the loveseats and pillow fabric the client chose.

Uttermost artwork on the dining wall, speaks back to the pillow fabric again on the loveseats.
