We have had an adventure… looking for new patio pavers and wall tiles, I could not believe how many there were to chose from… and the price difference from place to place…sometimes for the same pavers…
These are the pavers we found… I was in love…

These are the tiles for our new wall
I had fun working out the plan, at this point I was keeping my fingers crossed the 8x8 tiles would not be to busy…
before, not even level…
before, the wood step was so old we were not sure what was holding it together…

New wall started…
and pavers going down…
After, the contractor surprised us with a new bit of grass…we will add more later.
we so love the new wall…
Very pleased at how it turned out…Now it’s done it’s time for the furniture, a table for 4 / our old chairs and table / new bbq my hubby got for fathers day…
I took these pictures in the evening after it rained, the new grass is doing really well, it’s the end of the season so we will add more new grass in the spring…
Lastly, this is the view from our patio of our bushes in the evening with the lights on… can’t wait for the first dinner bbq party with friends…
